This six-session program is designed to help small business owners jumpstart their business plan through three simple steps. You will have a blueprint for success in moving forward quickly without getting bogged down in the highly detailed forecasting and projecting which stops a lot of people from completing their business plan. This is not the two-inch thick plan you would take to the bank for a loan. It is a simplified version that allows you to move forward immediately in targeting and realizing your business goals. Simple Marketing Plan
This includes six one-hour sessions over a 60-day period focused on creating and implementing phase one of your marketing plan.
We will work with you to create the results you desire using any combination of elements that make sense for your particular situation, and offer a free first consultation to explore those options and help you determine if we are the best fit for this phase of your development.

Coaching for High Potential Employees

Nine sessions over 90 days; a group discount of 20% applies when you have five or more employees enrolled at once. This program is designed to leverage the brilliance and effectiveness of those employees who exhibit the greatest potential.
