Russ Hertenberger is the co-founder of Personal Best Partners and provides leadership and talent development for those in the technical arena. He is highly adaptable to changing markets and requirements, having designed in industries as disparate as wireless, cellular, avionics, satellite, cable TV, medical, military and consumer electronics.
Using his strengths of adaptability and quick study, Russ strives to achieve a common thread throughout the work: simple elegance in the design while still meeting or exceeding all the specifications of the unit or system, being on-time and within budget.
Russ is adept at taking a product from inception to production, and is a good liaison among different departments where varying points of view and focus can sometimes seem to be at odds with each other.
